Remote Support

To begin your support session 
 

Click here 

1. Save the file

2. From your downloads folder (depending on your browser and OS.)

3. Open and run the application.  (if prompted for security, you may have to click allow/Yes/OK to enable the access.)

4. after a minute or two a window will pop up like the one below

5. Click the red square

6. Open askIT at bottom right of page

7. Enter your name and email

8. PC)right click (MAC) CTR right click and paste into chat window. You will see the information I need get posted, 

9. Press enter and await as I join the session
